fix(cypher): restore optional-match grouping semantics and add indexed OR-IN seek path

fix MATCH normalization to skip OPTIONAL MATCH rewrites that broke left-join behavior
fix grouped COLLECT(...) with non-aggregate projections for joined-row pipelines
improve WHERE boundary extraction in mixed MATCH/OPTIONAL pipelines
add index-backed propA IN $keys OR propB IN $keys planning to avoid full scans
add regressions for UNWIND+OPTIONAL+collect(CASE...), elementId cleanup DETACH DELETE, and OR-IN index seek paths
