fix(cypher): restore exact translation mutation query semantics and count-return correctness

Optional body:

Fix multi-MATCH mutation routing for MATCH ... WHERE ... MATCH ... SET ... RETURN shapes.
Fix SET ... RETURN count(...) to aggregate correctly instead of per-row projection fallback.
Include SET/RETURN scope variables when building mutation match context.
Harden single-pattern WHERE index candidate logic for OR safety.
Add exact-shape regression tests for translation create/update/review query flows and OR cardinality guards.
