feat(ucalc): add takum and decimal fixed-point types to REPL engine (#604)

Register takum (8/16/32/64) and dfixpnt (8_4/16_8) in the ucalc type
registry, bringing the total from 36 to 42 number types. Add a sqrt()
definition for takum via double fallback to resolve the forward
declaration in takum_fwd.hpp that previously caused link errors.

Update tutorial docs with Example 9 (exact decimal arithmetic for
financial calculations) and Example 10 (takum's uniform precision
across the dynamic range vs posit's regime-bit degradation).
