* docs(e2e): close spec drift and add 8 missing test definitions

Fix drift between e2e-validation.md and the actual test implementation:

Spec-to-code sync (4 tests implemented but missing from spec):
- T-E2E-002b: consecutive wake cycles with nonce uniqueness
- T-E2E-052: consecutive wake cycles through modem bridge
- T-E2E-053: wrong PSK through modem bridge
- T-E2E-054: program update through modem bridge

New BPF execution scenarios (section 4.8, from spec audit):
- T-E2E-080: map access through full gateway/node/BPF stack
- T-E2E-081: ephemeral program restriction enforcement
- T-E2E-082: chunked transfer corruption recovery
- T-E2E-083: instruction budget enforcement

Housekeeping:
- Remove phantom T-E2E-058 from traceability table (had no
  test definition; coverage already provided by T-E2E-063/064)
- Update traceability table with all 8 new entries
- Update crate structure comment to include new test file
