docs(node): close 25 validation gaps in node spec trifecta (#369)

Add missing acceptance criteria to requirements:
- ND-0301 AC3: silent discard (no diagnostic frame on invalid HMAC)
- ND-0303 AC4: sequence numbers reset across wake cycles
- ND-0505 AC6: BPF write to read-only context rejected
- ND-0605 AC4: stack overflow terminates BPF program
