* docs(pairing-tool): add 4 missing requirements and 4 validation tests

Requirements:
- PT-0105: LESC Numeric Comparison BLE pairing (must use, reject Just Works)
- PT-0904: BLE pairing mode enforcement (verify Numeric Comparison post-pairing)
- PT-1005: Android activity lifecycle management (disconnect on pause)
- PT-1006: JNI classloader caching (cache GlobalRef in JNI_OnLoad)

Validation:
- T-PT-803: LESC Numeric Comparison enforced
- T-PT-804: Just Works fallback rejected
- T-PT-805: Android lifecycle pause/resume during pairing
- T-PT-806: JNI classloader caching on background thread

- PT-1006 AC#3: reword as observable outcome, not test mechanics
- T-PT-803: happy path only (failure case covered by T-PT-804)
- T-PT-805: deterministic reconnect-or-prompt assertion
