docs(pairing-tool): close spec gaps in requirements, design, and validation (#363)

* docs: close spec gaps in pairing tool requirements, design, and validation

Audit of the requirements → design → validation traceability found 10 gaps
where design decisions had no backing requirement, requirements had no
validation test, or both.  This commit closes all non-info-level gaps.

Requirements (ble-pairing-tool-requirements.md):
- PT-0105: Android BLE runtime permissions (#323)
- PT-0106: LESC Numeric Comparison mandatory pairing mode (#329)
- PT-0107: Android activity lifecycle management (#335)
- PT-0108: JNI classloader caching invariant (#335)
- PT-0904: BLE link security mode (LESC + MITM protection) (#329)

Design (ble-pairing-tool-design.md):
- §9.2: add requirement cross-references (PT-0105 through PT-0108, PT-0904)
- §14: update traceability table for §9

Validation (ble-pairing-tool-validation.md):
- T-PT-105/106/107: BLE permission dialog (PT-0105)
- T-PT-108/109: LESC Numeric Comparison and Just Works rejection (PT-0106, PT-0904)
