Add missing tests for key_store.rs (#311) (#313)

Add 7 new tests to improve coverage of key_store.rs:

- 	est_load_identity_paired (T-N402): verifies load_identity() returns
  the correct NodeIdentity when a PSK and key_hint are stored.

- 6 factory_reset error-path tests (T-N405..T-N410): inject failures at
  each failable step (rase_key, rase_program, eset_schedule,
  write_channel, rase_peer_payload, write_reg_complete) and assert
  the StorageError propagates.

MockStorage gains per-operation failure flags following the established
pattern in le_pairing.rs tests.
