Operator mode relabeling functions (#32)

After merging the `main` branch, these imports had been removed
accidentally.

* refactor: rename `permute_modes` to `relabel_modes`

The older name could have been interpreted to respect the antisymmetry
of operators and performs a mathematical permutation of the modes. This
is in fact not the case and the newer name makes this abundantly clear.

* fix: update naming after merge

* fix: outdated variable name
