Fix desktop tests by adding missing ActivityGroup entity to persistence.xml (#618)

The ActivityLog.groups @ManyToMany association references ActivityGroup,
but ActivityGroup was not listed in either the main or test persistence.xml
files. Since both use exclude-unlisted-classes=true, Hibernate could not
recognize ActivityGroup as a managed entity, causing all 26 H2 repository
and PersistenceManager tests to fail with AnnotationException.
