Add many-to-many ActivityLog-ActivityGroup relationship for Android (#616)

Add ActivityGroup model and repository interface in the shared module,
with a @ManyToMany join table (activity_log_group_links) on ActivityLog.
Implement full Android support: Room entities, DAO operations, entity
mappers, repository, database migration (v11->v12), and UI for creating
groups and associating them with activity log entries via checkboxes.
