Remove JSON file-based persistence from Android, use Room exclusively (#617)

The Android module previously used FileSystem JSON repositories as a
legacy persistence layer with JsonToRoomMigration to migrate data to
Room. This removes that migration path and replaces the remaining
FileSystemHabitRepository usage (sync backup) with RoomHabitRepository.

- Delete JsonToRoomMigration class and its test
- Remove FileSystemHabitRepository import and usage from AppViewModel
- Use roomHabitRepository for sync backup in remote storage mode
