feat(ci): upload macOS binaries to GitHub release from homebrew job

- Remove Linux build from goreleaser-homebrew.yaml (linux is already
  handled by the build-linux job)
- Enable release upload with mode: keep-existing so darwin tarballs are
  appended to the existing release without overwriting its metadata
- Rename checksum file to checksums-darwin.txt to avoid conflicting
  with the checksums.txt produced by the linux job
- Drop tarball-linux from homebrew_casks ids — Homebrew Cask is
  macOS-only so Linux archives in the cask were incorrect
