Commit Message

ci(release): fix winget/chocolatey publish and ensure reproducible builds

Switches to rebuilding artifacts in separate jobs with deterministic build flags (-trimpath, mod_timestamp) and pinned Go version (1.24.0) to prevent checksum mismatches. Updates workflow to use 'goreleaser release' command.
