Clean up before 0.7.0 (#408)

### What kind of change does this PR introduce?

* Remove support for the various FutureWarnings that were planned to be
dropped by v0.7.0.
* Update the translation files to be sure that we're up-to-date.

### Does this PR introduce a breaking change?

* Yes, but those were planned.
