Fix export PDF button visibility by respecting module visibility setting (#426)

StatsFragment now checks the pdf_export_visible preference and hides the
exportPdfButton when the user has disabled the PDF export module. Also
improve Maestro test reliability for the scrollUntilVisible step by
increasing timeout, speed, and lowering visibility percentage threshold.
