Fix Maestro test: increase scroll timeout and speed for Reminder Settings (#427)

The Module Visibility section contains 10 switches, creating a large
vertical distance before the Reminder Settings header. The default
speed (40) with 5000ms timeout was insufficient to scroll past all
the switches on CI emulators. Increase timeout to 15000ms and speed
to 60 to reliably reach the Reminder Settings section.
