Add comprehensive tests for website API client (#366)

Cover all previously untested API modules and functionality:
- pdfExport: download with query params, error handling
- backup: download, upload with/without options, error variants
- reminderSettings: get and update
- moduleVisibility: get and update
- sportLogs: graph data fetching
- foodLogs: list, create, delete, suggestions, migrateTags
- habits: removeLastEntry, pointDevelopment, evaluate with partial params
- stats: dailyTimeline, emotionScatter, foodDistribution
- Request infrastructure: Content-Type header, X-Request-ID on
  state-changing methods (POST/PUT/DELETE) but not GET
- Circuit breaker: reset after success, HTTP error activation,
  cross-namespace blocking
- VersionMismatchError: constructor properties, Error inheritance

Increases api.test.ts from 37 to 83 test cases.
