Add unit tests for Android fragments (DiaryFragment, HomeFragment, StatsFragment, FoodLogFragment) (#367)

Extract testable static methods and constants from fragments to enable
unit testing without Android framework dependencies:
- DiaryFragment: mapPositionToSignificance() and date/time format constants
- HomeFragment: isCategoryUsed() for category orphan detection
- StatsFragment: calculateAverage(), generateDateLabels(), and DAYS/LABEL constants
- FoodLogFragment: date/time/datetime format pattern constants
