Add unit tests for untested Android activities (MainActivity, PdfExportActivity, SleepAnalysisActivity) (#368)

Extract testable logic from PdfExportActivity (truncateLine) and
SleepAnalysisActivity (calculateInterruptions, calculateAverage) into
package-visible static methods, replacing inline duplication. Add 46 new
tests covering static state management, null safety, and extracted methods.
