Commit Message

ci: fix coverage report by building into llvm-cov-target subdirectory

cargo-llvm-cov report looks for object files in $target/llvm-cov-target/release/
but show-env doesn't set CARGO_TARGET_DIR, so cargo build puts objects in
$target/release/. Fix by explicitly setting CARGO_TARGET_DIR to
$target/llvm-cov-target so artifacts land where report expects them.
