fix(e2e): replace all remaining hub.call with hub.request

Complete the MessageHub API migration in E2E tests. The old call()
method was removed in the protocol simplification refactor but E2E
tests were not updated since they run in browser context where
TypeScript can't catch the missing method at compile time.
