* [*] Improve Prometheus Health-check dash - add WAL archiving status

Plus convert Max. connections into more useful % of total connection
slots used.

Rename "Active connections" to more clear "Active queries"

* convert `Max. connections` into more useful `Connectionsu used %` in pg dashboards

* Update 'Connections used' panel to query `db_stats`

`db_stats->>'numbackends'` returns the total connections not
only client connections like `backends->>active`.

Rename `Active connections` panel in pg health check to
to `Active queries` and query `backends->>active` there.
