feat: Add graph editor foundation (Phase 1)

Implement foundational components and systems for the graph node editor
as specified in ADR-010 Phase 1.

New projects:
- KeenEyes.Graph.Abstractions: Components (GraphCanvas, GraphNode,
  GraphConnection), types (PortDefinition, PortTypeId, PortDirection,
  GraphInteractionMode), and tag components
- KeenEyes.Graph: GraphPlugin, GraphContext extension, PortRegistry,
  GraphTransform utility, and three systems (GraphInputSystem,
  GraphLayoutSystem, GraphRenderSystem)
- KeenEyes.Graph.Tests: Unit tests for GraphContext, PortRegistry,
  and GraphTransform

Features:
- Create graph canvases with configurable pan/zoom/grid
- Add and position nodes on canvases
- Connect nodes via typed ports with straight lines
- Pan (middle mouse), zoom (scroll wheel), select (left click),
  and drag nodes
- Box selection for multi-select
- Delete selected nodes/connections
