feat(lang): add Hausa language support (ha) (#199)

Add Hausa number-to-words converter for Nigeria/Niger's major language
with 70M+ speakers.

Features:
- Authentic Boko orthography with ɗ (hooked d) and ' (glottal stop)
- Teens with "sha" connector (sha ɗaya = 11)
- Compound numbers with "da" connector (ashirin da ɗaya = 21)
- Arabic loanwords for tens (ashirin, talatin, arba'in, etc.)
- Implicit one before ɗari (100) and dubu (1000)
- Standard short scale (miliyan, biliyan)

Includes 70 test cases covering basic numbers, teens, tens, compounds,
hundreds, thousands, millions, billions, negatives, decimals, and BigInt.
