feat(lang): add Amharic language support (am, am-Latn) (#198)

Add Amharic number-to-words converter with proper BCP 47 language codes:

- am: Native Ge'ez/Ethiopic script (አንድ, ሁለት, ሶስት)
- am-Latn: Latin romanization (and, hulet, sost)

Follows existing pattern for script variants (like sr-Cyrl/sr-Latn).
Includes 51 test cases per script covering basic numbers, teens, tens,
hundreds, thousands, millions, negatives, decimals, and BigInt.

Language count: 49 → 51
