feat(lang): add Finnish language support (#197)

Add Finnish (fi) number-to-words converter with:
- Compound numbers without spaces (kaksikymmentäkolme = 23)
- Teens with -toista suffix (yksitoista = 11)
- Long scale (miljoona, miljardi, biljoona, triljoona)
- Omission of "yksi" before sata/tuhat, kept before miljoona+
- Per-digit decimal conversion (3.14 → kolme pilkku yksi neljä)
