Add comprehensive InterpolationSystem tests

The original tests didn't actually test the system because it wasn't
registered with the world (NetworkClientPlugin only registers
NetworkClientReceiveSystem and NetworkClientSendSystem).

New tests:
- Properly register InterpolationSystem with world.AddSystem()
- Test factor calculation with specific expected values
- Test clamping at 0 (negative render time) and 1 (past window)
- Test skip path when ToTime <= FromTime
- Test zero duration handling
- Test multiple entities with different time windows
- Test entities without Interpolated tag are ignored
- Test server time accumulation across multiple updates
