Add comprehensive tests, sample README, and benchmark results for KeenEyes.Replay

Tests added:
- Sequential recording tests (start/stop/restart cycles)
- Large-scale integration test (1000+ frames, 100+ entities)
- Memory leak tests for repeated plugin install/uninstall

Documentation added:
- Sample project README.md with usage examples
- BENCHMARKS.md with performance validation results

Performance results validate acceptance criteria:
- Recording overhead: 0.27% CPU (100 entities), 1.92% (1000 entities)
- File size: ~112 KB/minute with GZip compression
- Compression ratio: 95% reduction (5% of uncompressed size)
