Feat(Orderform) Update RML sheet (#4783)

# Description
Customer want to start using new indexes for the RML-orders they send in. This requires an updated in the excel orderform for these orders and one also needs to add the new indexes in the constants to ensure proper validation

### Added
- Three new index sets
- Expanded on one existing set

### Changed
- Updated the current accepted orderform for RML
