Rename pacbio sequencing run table (#4784) (minor)

## Description
Closes https://github.com/Clinical-Genomics/production-automation/issues/1
To avoid name incompatibility of database tables, we are renaming the `PacbioSequencingRun` to `PacbioSMRTCellMetrics`. This is as a preparation for adding a new table for Pacbio runs, see https://github.com/Clinical-Genomics/production-automation/issues/2
