Improve logging test coverage for edge cases

Add tests to cover previously uncovered code paths:
- LogScope: Test Properties and Parent internal property getters
- FileLogProvider: Test race condition handling during dispose,
  and file rotation with counter suffix for same-second rotations
- ConsoleLogProvider: Test colored output with actual Console.Out/Error,
  covering WriteColored and GetLevelColor methods for all log levels

Total of 308 lines of new test code added.
