fix: Add proper padding and centering to checkbox and delete button cells

- Add pl-3 to checkbox cell for left padding
- Add flex items-center justify-center to center checkbox vertically
- Add pl-3 pr-3 to delete button cell for left and right padding
- Add flex items-center justify-center to center button vertically
- This ensures proper spacing and alignment with input fields

The checkbox and delete button now have consistent padding and are properly
centered vertically within their cells.

All 413 tests passing.
