fix: Remove redundant cell padding from header rows

- Remove py-2 from table cells since inputs already have py-2 padding
- Checkbox and delete button cells now align properly with input field height
- Keep horizontal padding (pl-0 pr-3, pl-3 pr-0) for proper spacing
- Cleaner table row layout without double padding

This fixes the visual misalignment where checkbox and delete button appeared
to have incorrect vertical positioning relative to input fields.

All 413 tests passing.
