fix: Ensure footer "New" button sticks to bottom of sidebar

- Add mt-auto to footer div as secondary flexbox guarantee
- Footer already has shrink-0 which prevents it from compressing
- Combined with parent flex-col h-full structure, mt-auto pushes footer to bottom
- This ensures the "New" button always appears at the bottom of the sidebar
  regardless of content above it

The flexbox layout is: aside (flex-col) > command-palette (flex-1 grows) > footer (mt-auto pushes down)

All 413 tests passing.
