Directly use `DispatchIndirectArgs` in shaders (#506)

Switch to directly using an `array<DispatchIndirectArgs>` in the
`vfx_indirect` compute pass, instead of a `u32` array, since those
structs are already tightly packed. This makes the shader more readable.
