fix(web): avoid missing translations (#2743)

## Problem

There are few translations that are not working even though the texts
exists on translation files.

Related to the fact that, 

> The top-level constants are evaluated too early, at that time the
> translations are not available yet and the language is not set.

## Solution

Rely on `N_` for marking these texts for translations instead and use
`_` for translate them in the component. Check
https://agama-project.github.io/docs/devel/i18n#translating-constants
