refactor: rename getAll() to getAllActive() in GameObjectGroup

- Rename getAll() method to getAllActive() for better semantic clarity
- Update activeSize() method to use getAllActive() internally
- Update all test files to use new method name (48 test occurrences)
- Update demo files and documentation to reflect the change
- Maintain backward compatibility expectations by providing clearer naming
- Method now explicitly indicates it returns only active (non-destroyed) objects
- Improves API consistency with existing activeSize() method naming

Note: CollisionBspTree.getAll() intentionally unchanged as different class
