* Update versions to match corrected sample sheets

* string literal replacements and small helper functions

* fix bug failing to lcase col names compared to sheet_to_dataframe output

* refactor demuxing not to change col names

* add KLSampleSheetWithReplicates, refactor katharoseq and replicates to use new optional_col_sets to determine required cols

* modularize, extend validation

* new test sample sheet file

* lint fixes, correct _normalize_df_sections_booleans location

* make defer_validate=False the default to preserve past behavior, make tests validate on load, add deprecation warning

* catch dup columns caused by remapping, update tests
