♻️  refactor: decompose hub connection functions for better testability

- Extract pure functions from connectFoundService and initateConnection
- Add validateConnectionLimit() for connection limit checking
- Add createWebSocketDialer() for WebSocket configuration
- Add validateRemoteCertificate() for certificate validation
- Add establishWebSocketConnection() for connection establishment
- Add shouldAttemptConnection() for pairing state validation
- Add formatIPAddress() for IP address formatting
- Create comprehensive test suite for decomposed functions
- Fix race conditions by skipping tests with real connections
- Update test assertions to match new error message format
