🐛 fix: resolve data race conditions in test suites

- Convert ship test suites to use ConnectionSuiteSafe for concurrent operations
- Replace mock.Anything with type-specific matchers in hub tests to avoid race conditions
- Rename test helper files to follow Go test naming convention (*_test.go)
- Remove always-skipped certificate validation test that provided no value

These changes eliminate race conditions when testify mocks inspect structs
containing sync primitives during concurrent test execution.
