fix(ruby): fix AutoYaST language conversion (#2516)

## Problem

Converting the `<language />` section from an AutoYaST profile has two
problems:

* It generates a `languages` key, instead of `language`.
* It considers the secondary languages, that are ignored by Agama.

## Solution

Adapt the code to the expected Agama behavior. The unit tests are
adapted to make sure that the result is the expected one.

## Testing

- Added a new unit test
- Tested manually
