fix(ruby): set stopOnBootMenu=true for negative timeouts (#2401)

When an AutoYaST profile contains "-1" as the value for the timeout,
Agama does not handle it properly.

## Solution

Convert negative timeout numbers to `stopOnBootMenu=true`.
