* [*] replace `MetricFetchConfig` with `SourceConn` in `FetchMetrics()`
- add `SourceConn.GetClusterIdentifier()`
- use `SourceConn` in `FetchStatsDirectlyFromOS()`
- remove `MetricFetchConfig`
- add tests for `GetClusterIdentifier()`
- remove code for pre-v10 in `GetGoPsutilDiskPG()`
- add tests for `FetchStatsDirectlyFromOS()`
- use built-in `slices` and `maps` packages
- force `test` before `goreleaser` and `test-docker-images` GHA
