IGVF-2046 Improve file-graph edges and arrowheads (#704)

* Promising results, but I then need to calculate an angle and position of the arrowheads. For this I need to wait for IGVF-2045 because that ticket changes the way arrowheads get rendered.
* Adjust angle of arrowheads to match the angle of edges as they enter nodes.
* Remove commented-out code.
