IGVF-2264 Tissue summary page (#702)

* Add a page for the tissue summary and display a rudimentary grid with the data from igvfd.
* Fix the styling of the vertical and horizontal header cells. Add a mechanism to the data grid to specifically choose to use the default cell wrapper component or not.
* Update the colors of the matrix.
* Update the styling.
* Temporarily point the demo at IGVF-2298-tissue-summary.
* Add search links to each cell.
* Sort the columns alphabetically.
* Sort the sample term names column.
* Only show rodent donors on the matrix.
* Add X- and Y-axis labels.
* Add row hovers to the matrix.
* Rename tissue-summary page slug.

* Rewrite the column header styles so that they appear correctly on Safari. They already appeared correctly in Chrome and Firefox.
* Change the default tab on the Tissue Summary page for the mouse-tab path.

* Revert temporary cdk change.
* Remove human matrix.
* Change navigation to have a new “Resources” parent item with “Tissues” beneath it. Add a new icon for resources. Change the Y-axis title to “Tissue / Organ.”
