IGVF-2326 Sync igvfd and auth0 login status (#705)

* Rewrite the authentication sequence so that opening the site in a freshly launched browser.
* Correct last commit.
* Revert removal of loading session-properties.
* Update authentication-redirect Cypress test which needs more time for some reason.
* Try stripping the Auth0 callback query strings to force it to redirect to our page.
* Remove all handling of authentication stages.
* Handle the redirect after login better.
