IGVF-2325 Update construct library set and donor displays for new object embedding (#703)

* Update npm packages.
* Request construct library sets using the embedded `@id` because they now get embedded in the viewed object. We still have to request these file sets because we display the summary, but the embedded copy doesn’t include this.
* Handle the construct libraries for the measurement set input file sets table and the auxiliary set input file sets table on the analysis set page.
* Retrieve embedded donors for the donor table on sample pages.
