### 📣 Summary
Restricts duplicate invitations and allows invitee role updates by the
organization owner or admin.


### 📖 Description
This update prevents owners from creating new invitations for users who
already have an active invitation. Additionally, it enables organization
owners and admins to update the invitee's role, ensuring better control
over team management.
