### What kind of change does this PR introduce?

* Turns out that Hydrotel on Linux should also need an execution command
most of the time, so this was moved as a required argument (and the
default removed).
* In `format_input`, the line that tells which variables are missing was
not in the right order.
* The mask in `format_input` cannot be a dask array.
